Refund and Return Policy

    At Millennial Business Innovations ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality white-label software development and marketing solutions through our platform, AHA Innovations. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for digital services.

    1. Digital Services & Subscriptions

    AHA Innovations provides digital products and software-based services. As such, there are no physical goods, and traditional "returns" do not apply.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions for first-time customers. You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied.

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • The request is made after the 7-day period.
    • The account shows substantial use or service activity.
    • Renewal payments of ongoing subscriptions.
    • One-time setup fees, onboarding charges, or consulting/service packages, unless otherwise stated.

    3. Cancellations

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting us at support@aha-innovations.com.

    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • No prorated refunds will be provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.

    4. Billing Disputes

    If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at support@aha-innovations.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your inquiry and respond within 5 business days.

    5. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, email support@aha-innovations.com with the subject line:

    Refund Request – [Your Company Name/Subaccount Name]

    Please include:

    • Your full name
    • Company name
    • Email address used to subscribe
    • Brief explanation of the issue

    If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
