Welcome to AHA-Innovations. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using AHA-Innovations, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Service" refers to the AHA-Innovations platform, including all features, functionalities, and user interfaces.
"User" refers to individuals who access or use the Service.
"Content" refers to all information displayed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AHA-Innovations and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall AHA-Innovations, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
In addition to your subscription plan, certain features and services are billed separately based on actual usage. These pay-as-you-go services include:
Billing and Credits: Usage-based services operate on a prepaid credit system. Your account will be automatically recharged with $10 USD when your credit balance falls below the minimum threshold. You will receive notifications before automatic recharges occur, and you may adjust your recharge settings in your account dashboard.
Rate Transparency: Current rates for all usage-based services are available in your account dashboard. For detailed information on how usage-based features are computed, please refer to our Usage-Based Features Computation Guide. Rates may change with 30 days' notice, and you will be notified of any rate changes via email and in-app notifications.
Usage Monitoring: You can monitor your usage and remaining credits in real-time through your account dashboard. Usage reports are available for download and include detailed breakdowns of all charges.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
